A world through the eyes of cat told in a manga style set in Japan and has too much cuteness and comedy to stand. This is a big collection of all the Chi stories - they are a continuous plot - and something that kids they can either sit and binge, or drop a bookmark in and keep coming back to. Perfect long trip book. It’s hard to find cute manga that still has enough edge for kids this age to like, but Chi always brings it home. My daughter started reading at 7 and still continues to come back to the Chi life even as we round the turn of 10.
