While this one for sure has undercurrents of lessons learned about being yourself in the face of pressure, it’s really just an overload of cuteness with these friends learning from each other and having fun finding out what makes each of them different. Perfect early independent reader that is easy to understand so kids can gain the confidence they can finish a book for themselves. Fun pastels and adorable characters make this one a reread during times when they need to relax. My daughter started reading this at 7 and is still picking them up every now and then when she needs to chill at 10. Super cute is something we all need.
