Why does he love this cat? Does it even matter? Supper funny and there are a ton of these in this early independent reader series. Kids need silly and breaks from lessons as well, so let them indulge even if you can't understand the humor. Our daughter couldn’t get enough of these and, at age 10, still loves to do perched binge reading sessions in the sunlight.
