Any Sandra Boynton books should be filling up your child’s bookshelf. The characters, rhymes, and silliness lasts for years. These go past 0-2, and span all the way to the late 3s and early 4s. They are simply the best early readers out there. It’s hard to choose between Hippos Go Berserk, the Going to Bed Book, or Moo Ba La La as our Favorites. Get. These. All. Now. I truly believe her love of reading came from reading these early and often.
